We're trying something new!! Join us as we welcome the delightful MARIA OLIVERA back to Cincinnati as our first Artist-in-Residence! For the entire month of July, Maria will lead weekly classes, guide the weekly practicas, DJ milongas, and will offer weekend workshops and private lessons — a unique opportunity for area dancers to engage in in-depth study with a world-class dancer and instructor!

MARIA is a native of Buenos Aires where she is a popular tango instructor and active social dancer, and travels the world as a teacher, performer, DJ, and lecturer in tango history and philosophy. Maria is an extremely versatile dancer and open-minded instructor who combines her considerable skill and passion for the dance with a background in anatomy and kinetics derived from disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, and the innovative Low Pressure Fitness system.
